Description: A vulnerability has been reported in ISC BIND, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of UDP packets and can be exploited to shutdown the UDP client handler.
The vulnerability affects BIND 9.3.5-P2-W1, BIND 9.4.2-P2-W1, and 9.5.0-P2-W1 for the Windows platform.
NOTE: The UNIX versions are not affected.
