Description: Two security issues have been reported in Veritas File System, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to disclose sensitive information.
1) The problem is that uninitialized file system blocks are used when creating new files. This can be exploited to potentially gain access to sensitive information by executing the set-uid root "qiomkfile" utility.
2) An error in the set-uid root "qioadmin" utility can be exploited to dump the content of restricted files to the standard error stream.
