Description:
ZoRLu has reported some vulnerabilities in AlstraSoft Article Manager Pro, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "username" parameter in admin/admin.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

2) A vulnerability is caused due to the script insufficiently verifying the type of uploaded profile pictures, which can be exploited to e.g. upload and execute PHP scripts by setting the "Content-Type" header to an accepted type (e.g. "image/gif").
