Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to unspecified errors in the NFS client, which can be exploited to cause a system panic.
Successful exploitation of this vulnerability requires that NFS version 4 is used to access remote file systems.
This vulnerability is reported in Solaris 10 for both the SPARC and x86 platforms.
