Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in PHPFootball, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection and cross-site scripting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "dbtable" parameter in filter.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

This vulnerability can be exploited to disclose user names and password hashes.

2) Input passed to the "dbfield" parameter in filter.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in the context of an affected site.

3) Input passed to the "user" parameter in login.php is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

This vulnerability can be exploited to bypass the authentication mechanism.

4) Input passed to the "user" parameter in login.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in the context of an affected site.

These vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.6. Other versions may also be affected.
