Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM DataPower XS40, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when processing certain data received through an SSL connection, which can be exploited to e.g. reboot an affected device by sending specially crafted data.

The vulnerability is reported in firmware version 3.6.1.5. Other versions may also be affected.
