Description: Leon Juranic has reported a vulnerability in SUS, allowing malicious users to escalate their privileges.
The vulnerability is caused due to a format string error within the log() function. This can potentially be exploited by supplying specially crafted strings with format specifiers.
Successful exploitation may allow local users to escalate their privileges. SUS is normally installed setuid "root".
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0.2. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: This has been fixed in version 2.0.6:
