Description: Stefan Schmidt has reported a vulnerability in Postgrey, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to a format string error in the logging functionality. This can be exploited to crash a vulnerable service by sending a mail with a specially crafted sender address.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.16, 1.17 and 1.18. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 1.2.1:
