Description:
Chris Evans has reported some vulnerabilities in Abiword, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to several boundary errors in the RTF importer (ie_imp_RTF.cpp). These can be exploited to cause buffer overflows and may allow arbitrary code execution when importing a malicious RTF file.

The vulnerabilities affect version 2.2.10 and 2.4.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
