CVE-2005-3894
CVE-2005-3895

Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in OTRS (Open Ticket Request System), which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection, script insertion, and cross-site scripting attacks.

1) Input passed to the "User" parameter in the "Login" function is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can potentially be exploited to login to the application without valid credentials.

2) Input passed to the "TicketID" and "ArticleID" parameters in the "AgentTicketPlain" function is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited by authenticated users to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

3) HTML email attachments are not properly sanitised before being displayed. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected website when the queue moderator clicks on the attachment download button.

4) Input passed to the "QueueID" and "Action" parameters in "index.pl" is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in all releases of OTRS 2.x prior to 2.0.4, and all releases of OTRS 1.x prior to 1.3.3.
