Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Grid Engine (SGE), which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the "utilbin/[arch]/rsh" client. This can be exploited by malicious users to gain root privileges.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 6.0u7_1.

Solution:
Update to version 6.0 Update7_1 (6.0u7_1):

Apply patches for versions 5.3 and 6.0:
