Description:
Evgeny Legerov has reported a vulnerability in Isode M-Vault Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the LDAP server within the handling of certain requests. This can be exploited to cause a double free error which crashes the service and may allow arbitrary code execution via a specially-crafted request sent to port 389/tcp.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 11.3. Prior versions may also be affected.

Update to version 11.3v1.
