Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in SecureCRT and SecureFX, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when converting a unicode string to a multi-byte string. This can potentially be exploited to cause a buffer overflow when certain unspecified conditions are met.

The vulnerability has been reported in the following versions:
* SecureCRT version 5.0.4 and prior.
* SecureFX version 3.0.4 and prior.

Update to a fixed version.
