Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Absolute FAQ Manager, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed to the "question" parameter when performing a search is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerability is reported in version 4.0 and 6.0. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: A fixed version exists. Contact the vendor for details.
