|
Description: Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in Oxygen, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed to the "fid" parameter in "post.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Example:
http://[host]/post.php?action=newthread&fid=[code]
2) Input passed to the "pid" parameter in "viewthread.php" isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 1.1.3. Other versions may also be affected.
3) Input passed to the "repquote" parameter in post.php is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Solution: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
