Gentoo has issued updates for multiple packages based on the Quake 3 engine. These fix a vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious people to potentially compromise a user's system.

Update to "games-fps/quake3-bin-1.32c" or later.

RTCW users:
Update to "games-fps/rtcw-1.41b" or later.

Enemy Territory users:
Update to "games-fps/enemy-territory-2.60b" or later.
