Description:
socsam has discovered a vulnerability in e107, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "e107_cookie" cookie parameter isn't properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.7.2. Prior versions may also be affected.

Update to version 0.7.4.
