Description:
FarhadKey has discovered a vulnerability in Nukedit, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

Input passed to the "groupid" parameter in register.asp when registering isn't properly verified, before it used to create users. This can be exploited to register as an administrator by setting the "groupid" parameter to "1".

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 4.9.6. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
