Description:
Sybase has acknowledged a vulnerability in PowerBuilder, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the verification of certain signatures. If an RSA key with exponent 3 is used, it may be possible to forge a signature signed by that key.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 9.0x, 10.2.x, and 10.5.x.

Solution:
Do not use RSA keys with exponent 3.

Update to the latest version.
