Description:
Sun has acknowledged a vulnerability in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the "libike" library within the verification of certain signatures. If an RSA key with exponent 3 is used, it may be possible to forge a signature signed by that key.

NOTE: The "in.iked" daemon in Solaris 9 and 10 and the "elfsign" and "kcfd" applications in Solaris 10 use the "libike" library and are affected by this vulnerability.

Solution:
Apply patches.
