Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Asterisk, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of certain SIP INVITE messages. This can be exploited to crash the server by sending a SIP INVITE message with 2 SDP headers, where the second header contains an invalid IP address.
Successful exploitation requires that the callee is an invalid dailplan or user.
