Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when auditing certain audit classes using Solaris Auditing (BSM) and can be exploited cause a system panic.

The vulnerability affects Solaris 9 on both SPARC and x86 platforms.
