Description: A vulnerability has been reported in ngIRCd, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the processing of "PART" commands and can be exploited to crash an affected server via a specially crafted "PART" command.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 0.10.4 and 0.11.0-pre2.
Solution: Update to version 0.10.4 or 0.11.0.
