Description: A vulnerability has been reported in SIPp, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) or to potentially compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the "get_remote_video_port_media()" function in call.cpp. This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via a specially crafted SIP message.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is reported in version 3.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 3.1.
