Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Eudora, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The problem is that the "From:" and "Reply-To:" headers aren't properly verified when selecting "Reply-To-All". This can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow by constructing a malicious email containing overly long, specially crafted string in these fields.

Successful exploitation may potentially allow execution of arbitrary code on the user's system.

The vulnerability has been reported in Eudora version 5.x.
