Description:
A vulnerability has been identified in various products, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

It is possible to make the XML parser perform extensive processing during the parsing of XML documents when compiling a list of attributes for parsed elements.

This can be exploited by sending a specially crafted SOAP request, which causes vulnerable SOAP servers to consume all CPU resources for an extended period of time depending on the payload size.

The vulnerability affects the following products:
* IBM WebSphere 5.0.0, 5.0.1, 5.0.2, and 5.0.2.1.
* Microsoft ASP.NET Web Services (.NET framework 1.0 and 1.1).
* Macromedia ColdFusion MX 6.0 and 6.1.
* Macromedia JRun 4.
