Description: A vulnerability has been identified in Cesar FTP allowing malicious users to cause the FTP server to consume large amounts of CPU power.
The problem is that Cesar FTP fails to handle an excessive amount of "." in the CWD command. This cause the server process to consume 99% CPU, however the system still serves new connections.
This has been reported to affect version 0.99g, prior versions may also be affected.
