Description: Richard Maudsley has reported a vulnerability in FirstClass Client, allowing malicious people to launch arbitrary commands on a user's system.
Links in RTF documents can contain references to local executables, which will be executed when a user clicks the link. This could potentially be exploited to gain system access via specially crafted RTF documents.
The vulnerability has been reported in FirstClass Client version 7.1. Other versions may also be affected.
