Description: A vulnerability has been identified in OpenCA, which may result in an incorrect signature being accepted.
The vulnerability is caused due to a validation error in the "libCheckSignature()" function. The problem is that only the serial is compared between a certificate in the database and a signer's certificate when checking signatures.
All versions prior to 0.9.1.7 are vulnerable.
