Description:
Manuel López has reported some vulnerabilities in MaxWebPortal, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.

Input validation errors in "dl_showall.asp" of the "sub_name" parameter and in "down.asp" of "Referer:" headers can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable website.

An input validation error in Personal Messages of the "SendTo" parameter can also be exploited to conduct cross-site scripting attacks or manipulate SQL queries by inserting arbitrary SQL code.

An input validation error in the "register" form can also be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session by inserting it instead of an Avatar image.
