Description: intuit has discovered a vulnerability in Cesar FTP, allowing malicious users to cause a Denial of Service.
Cesar FTP fails to handle multiple sessions where a long string (4084 characters) is retrieved (RETR). This causes the server process to consume 99% CPU resources and stop processing new connections.
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.99g. Other versions may also be affected.
