Description: intuit has identified a vulnerability in Small ftpd, allowing malicious users to cause a partial Denial of Service.
The problem is that Small ftpd fails to handle multiple connections performing RETR commands with more than 463 slashes ("/"). This causes the server process to consume large amounts of CPU resources and it fails to handle new connections.
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.0.3. Other versions may also be affected.
