Red Hat has issued updated packages for sysstat. These fix a vulnerability, allowing malicious local users to escalate their privileges.

For more information:

A Red Hat Enterprise specific issue in post and trigger scripts has also been fixed. This can be exploited through maliciously crafted symbolic links to overwrite arbitrary files.
