Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in zlib, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct a DoS (Denial of Service) against a vulnerable application.

The vulnerability is caused due to insufficient error handling in the functions "inflate()" and "inflateBack()". This can be exploited to cause a DoS on any application linked to the zlib library.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2.1. Other versions may also be affected.
