Beskrivelse:
Der er fundet en sårbarhed i diverse Check Point VPN-1 produkter, som kan udnyttes af ondsindede personer til at kompromittere et sårbart system.

Sårbarheden skyldes en ikke-kontrolleret buffer i ISAKMP-implementationen under forhandlingen af VPN-tunneler. Dette kan udnyttes til at forårsage et buffer overflow via specielt-udformede pakker, hvilket kan muliggøre eksekvering af vilkårlig kode.
