Description: Luca Villani has discovered a vulnerability in Kolab Server, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain knowledge of sensitive information.
The problem is that OpenLDAP root passwords are stored in plain text in the "slapd.conf" configuration file, which is world-readable.
