Description

Kaloyan Olegov Georgiev has reported some vulnerabilities in TTT-C, allowing malicious people to conduct Cross Site Scripting and script insertion attacks.

1) Input passed to the "link" parameter in "ttt-out" isn't properly verified before it is returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML or script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site by tricking the user into visiting a malicious website or follow a specially crafted link.

2) Certain HTTP headers ("X-Forwarded-For" and "Referer") are logged without validation, allowing injection of potentially malicious character sequences to the log files.

3) Missing input validation of "Site name", "Site URL", "Webmaster e-mail", and "Webmaster ICQ" allows arbitrary HTML and script code to be included in these parameters. This will be executed in an administrative users browser session in context of a vulnerable site when a registration is reviewed.

Reportedly, successful exploitation may allow hi-jacking administrative sessions.

Some other potential local and proxy connection issues were also reported.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.0. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Reportedly, the vendor hasn't planned a release of a new version.
