Description

A vulnerability has been discovered in JSSE (Java Secure Socket Extension), allowing malicious websites to impersonate trusted websites.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error, which may result in invalid server certificates being validated.

The vulnerability affects JSSE 1.0.3, 1.0.3_01, and 1.0.3_02 for Windows, Solaris and Linux. Prior versions and versions included with SDK and JRE 1.4.x are not affected.
