Description: Stefan Esser has discovered a vulnerability in Subversion, which can be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the processing of certain date strings. This can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow by passing a specially crafted date string via a REPORT query or get-dated-rev svn-protocol command.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability affects version 1.0.2 and prior.
