Description: badpack3t has discovered a vulnerability in Orenosv HTTP/FTP Server, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error within the HTTP service when handling HTTP requests. This can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow by sending an overly long (about 420 bytes), specially crafted HTTP GET request to a vulnerable system.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.5.9f. Prior versions may also be affected.
