Description: A vulnerability has been discovered in OpenView Select Access, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain access restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error resulting in UTF-8 encoded Unicode characters in URLs not being decoded correctly. This can be exploited to access restricted resources, which normally wouldn't be accessible to the user.
