Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in GNU Radius, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of SNMP messages. This can be exploited by sending a malformed SNMP message containing an invalid OID.
Successful exploitation crashes radiusd, but requires that the Radius server has been compiled with "-enable-snmp".
The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.1. Prior versions may also be affected.
