Description: bartavelle has reported a weakness in UnrealIRCd, which can be exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security features.
The issue is caused due to the use of a weak IP cloaking algorithm and can be exploited to gain knowledge of other users' IP addresses.
Successful exploitation requires knowledge of a clear text IP address and two hashed IP addresses.
Version 3.2 has been reported vulnerable. Prior versions may also be affected.
