Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Novell BorderManager, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error within the VPN service ("IKE.NLM"). This causes the service to crash and clients to hang when certain ISAKMP packets are received.
Reportedly, the Striker ISAKMP Protocol Test Suite may trigger the vulnerability.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 3.8.
