Description: Fernando Quintero has reported a vulnerability in LinPHA, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error within the "session.php" script. This can e.g. be exploited to bypass the user authentication and gain administrative access via malicious session cookies containing specially crafted SQL code.
Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is disabled.

Solution: A fix is available in the CVS repository.
Provided and/or discovered by: Fernando Quintero
Changelog: 2005-05-11: Added CVE reference.
