Description: Max Vozeler has reported two vulnerabilities in sredird, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerabilities are caused due to a format string error within the "LogMsg()" function and a boundary error within the "HandleCPCCommand()" function when processing client signature information. These can potentially be exploited to execute arbitrary code on an affected system by sending a specially crafted client signature.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 2.2.1. Prior versions may also be affected.
