Description: lion has discovered a vulnerability in Cesar FTP Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to insufficient validation of commands. This can be exploited by supplying an overly long command string to cause a vulnerable system to consume a large amount of CPU resources.
The vulnerability has been confirmed on version 0.99g. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Restrict access to the FTP service.
