Description:
Ziv Kamir has reported a vulnerability in NetworkActiv Web Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error when handling HTTP requests. This can be exploited to cause a vulnerable server to consume a large amount of CPU resources by sending an HTTP GET request containing the URL encoded representation of the "%" character (%25).

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.0. Other versions may also be affected.
