Description:
Chaotic Evil has reported a vulnerability in Wordpress, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion and cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed to the "text" parameter in "wp-login.php" can be exploited to inject malicious characters into HTTP headers. This may allow execution of arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

This can also be exploited to perform web cache poisoning.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.2. Other versions may also be affected.
