Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in NatterChat, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information and conduct SQL injection attacks.
1) Certain unspecified input is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
2) The problem is that the "natterchat112.mdb" database is stored with insecure permissions inside the web root. This can be exploited to obtain e.g. the administrator's password by downloading the file.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.12. Other versions may also be affected.
